"We definitely had some daily records set for April 15 snowfall and we're looking at month of April records, but we're still waiting on snow total reports", National Weather Service Meteorologist Keith White said this morning.

The National Weather Service confirmed the presence of an EF1 tornado in Rankin County Saturday morning.

Greensboro police said in a tweet that there also has been one storm-related fatality in Greensboro, but they gave no immediate details of that death.

The estimated time of the storm was 3:45 AM at Lamar University, and 4:05 AM in Orange.
