Tillerson, making his first trip to Africa as the senior-most U.S. diplomat, has visited Ethiopia, Djibouti and Kenya since last Wednesday.
Tillerson began his visit to Africa in Ethiopia, then Djibouti and arrived in this capital city on Friday, from here he will depart for Chad and finally he will visit Nigeria, the last country of this tour accross the continent.
He is due to fly from the Chadian capital of N'Djamena on Monday to the Nigerian capital Abuja, staying there for several hours before heading for home in the early evening.
He had been feeling unwell after long days working on major issues such as North Korea, Goldstein said earlier.

He has visited the Horn of Africa just days after he announced a new $533m aid package for Africa, out of which $128m was earmarked for Nigeria and countries of the Lake Chad region.
Shortly after his arrival, Tillerson also met with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
