The poll uses the most likely scenario - a turnout model that assumes performance in Pennsylvania's 18th District will be similar to other recent special elections in which Democratic turnout has generally exceeded that in past elections.
"He has a tough race", Trump acknowledged to thousands at a raucous rally in Moon Township.
"The whole world, remember that, they're all watching", he said at his Saturday rally.
But Lamb is apparently having enough success to worry Saccone's most high-profile backer.
"And Conor Lamb - Lamb the Sham - he's trying to act like a Republican", Trump said.
"Lo and behold, they're fighting for their lives here", Doyle told AFP, referring to Republicans. "And I would think it's certainly helpful that he's coming up this weekend".
