Police have identified the victims of Saturday's shootings at a North York bowling alley as Thanh Tien Ngo, 32, and Ruma Amar, 29.
"People just started running like insane, knocking things over", an eyewitness tells CityNews of the chaotic scene inside the bowling alley. "Someone screamed, saying: 'Gunshots!" "I turned back and said "What's going on, what's going on" and someone yelled "gunshots, gunshots" and I just started running outside like everyone else".
Police continued to hold the scene Sunday afternoon, with evidence markers still visible on the ground and yellow police tape cordoning off the parking lot and other areas surrounding the property.
Witness Craig Wallace called it "scary".
Police said the suspects never actually entered the bowling alley.
Police said autopsies on the bodies will be performed on Sunday. Paramedics transported the woman to hospital, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. He died at the scene.
