Team USA's Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson scored two goals in six seconds, setting an Olympic record in a 5-0 win over the Olympic Athletes from Russia Tuesday in women's hockey at the Winter Games.
Jocelyne Lamoureux gave the US a comfortable lead by scoring two goals in six seconds.
And in the second, the three-time Olympian scored a pair of her own six second apart - the fastest two goals in Olympic hockey history, men or women.
"When we get the opportunity to be on the ice together, there's a chemistry that just never goes away", Lamoureux-Davidson told NBC Olympics.
Canada and the USA are so far superior to the rest of the world, their rivalry so heated, that former Team Canada standout Cassie Campbell-Pascall could hardly be accused of exaggerating when she told the Orange County Register in Sochi: "This is the best rivalry in Olympic sport".
"I don't know if I'll ever come close to that again", Lamoureux-Davidson said.
Since the inaugural Women's World Hockey Championships in 1990 every tournament has been won by either the US or Canada.

With the win, the Americans remained undefeated going into their early Olympic showdown with Canada, which is also 2-0. Hannah Brandt netted the fifth with a little over a minute left in the third period.
"We're just going to carry the momentum we had in this game here", USA coach Robb Stauber said.
Kacey Bellamy started the scoring for the United States, beating Russian goalkeeper Valeria Tarakanova with a wrist shot at 13:41 in the first frame.
