Sea of Thieves gets one more beta test before March 20 debut

Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is running a 'scale test' this weekend

The test is due to begin on February 16 at 10 a.m. GMT (2 a.m. PST) and run through February 18 at 10 a.m GMT (2 a.m. PST).

Still, as one of the most anticipated upcoming major releases of 2018, it's nice to get one more taste of Sea of Thieves before its big debut. Rare are running a couple of scale tests between now and launch, and you can weigh anchor with the first one very soon. The developers will be intentionally causing trouble, like "throttling performance at certain times, testing the game in different data centers around the world, and simulating deliberate outages". It kind of sucks that gameplay might not be great during the stress test, but it is nice that Rare made this announcement beforehand to temper expectations. AMD is hoping to get more Radeon cards up and out there customers, but if you didn't pick up a GTX 1080Ti last year, you're going to have a really hard time getting your hands on one this year. That means the test will be restricted to the Gold Hoarders trading company and voyages.

Angus faces a crowded pool in the race for governor , but Woolley has some fundraising ideas in mind. WDRB 41 Louisville News reported that Brynn became the town's fourth consecutive dog mayor.

A full post about the new specs is available on the Sea of Thieves website. Recently, the Sea of Thieves closed beta wrapped up, and players have, of course, uncovered some problems. Are you going to hit the open seas again this weekend in Sea of Thieves? As for who will have access to the scale tests, naturally, those that took part in the closed beta will be invited to log back in. Although it might now, because photos of it have leaked online (no, we don't know why he didn't just take a video).
