Users with iOS devices can only get an older version of the app if it's hosted in their iTunes. But first, delete the new version on your iPhone (by pressing the app's icon for several seconds and then tapping the X in the corner). You can also allow installation of apps from unknown sources by going to Settings Security and then toggle on Unknown sources. Then, connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
