It is an HBO Films presentation.

A report commissioned by the university and conducted by a team led by former FBI Director Louis Freeh concluded that Paterno and three administrators hushed up the allegations against Sandusky. There was, and maybe still is, a debate about what Paterno knew, when or if he knew anything, or if he simply chose not to act on what he was told. He'll follow that award-winning performance with Paterno, in which he took on the challenging role of disgraced Penn State Nittany Lions head coach Joe Paterno. He died a few months later due to complications from lung cancer.

"Try it." HBO has released an official trailer for the real-world film Paterno, telling the story of football coach Joe Paterno, played by Al Pacino. Riley Keough, star of The Girlfriend Experience on STARZ and also known as Elvis' eldest granddaughter, stars as Sara Ganim, a reporter for The Patriot-News in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who first exposed the Sandusky scandal.

Sandusky, a Penn State assistant coach from 1969-99, was convicted in 2012 on 45 counts of various sex crimes against children. Right? The cut in the trailer makes it appear as if Paterno doubts his recollection or knowledge there, but whether or not it plays out that way in the final film remains to be seen.
