Both the smartphones will come loaded with "3D Emoji" feature. The Animoji's are basically 3D character emoji's that are created based on user's facial expression. Samsung is reportedly tapping its internal audio gurus at AKG for tuning purposes, so speaker placement be darned, they will probably sound pretty nice. Further, the smartphones are reported to feature stereo speakers as well.

Also in the new leaks were rumours that Samsung will introduce its own version of 3D touch, which allows pressure sensitivity for onscreen buttons.

Since Apple beat manufacturers to the implementation of 3D emojis, it seems that the competition is now hurrying to create (or even copy) a version for new devices, and it could be that Samsung will boast that their version is better still than Apple's.

ETNews seems to suggest that there will be more to the Galaxy S9 Animoji feature, as it states that the 3D Emoji feature will be more advanced than the iPhone X's Animojis.
