Arsenal boss Wenger: You can't rule out £1m-a-week player

Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil

Wenger rules out Özil sale as Wilshere contract talks continue

In many ways, most of Arsenal's problems in recent years can be traced back to one thing: poor player contract negotiation.

When put to him whether the 29-year-old would still be at the club in February, Wenger replied: "Yes, of course".

"I can imagine no more suitable replacement for Arsene Wenger than Conte, "Carragher wrote in his Telegraph column".

Wilshere, 26, is in the final six months of his £90,000-a-week Gunners contract and has been linked with moves to West Ham, Sampdoria and Real Betis. We are not going to organise any fight for you. If you had him playing every week he is a wonderful, wonderful player.

"So I didn't have any other choice than joining Man City, who I was very happy to join".

Keeping Ozil would be a big boost for Arsenal, who are on the verge of seeing Alexis Sanchez depart for Manchester United in the coming days.

Conte led Chelsea to the Premier League last season - his first in charge - but there have been rumours of discontent behind the scenes and his long-term future at Stamford Bridge looks far from secure.

FORMER Arsenal midfielder Francis Coquelin has issued a rallying cry for fans to get behind Arsene Wenger.

Asked what went through his mind when racing toward the away section, Adebayor said: "A prisoner is out. A prisoner is free", he said of the celebration. I regret what happened but he didn't play enough recently.

Arsenal will be desperate for all three points tomorrow and absolutely have to win, if they harbour genuine ambitions of finishing inside the top four, whilst Palace could climb as high as ninth in the table with a victory. They are still telling me I leave for money?

In midfield, Aaron Ramsey is a tempting prospect to start, but Wenger could leave him on the bench to allow Jack Wilshere prosper alongside Granit Xhaka at the centre of the park.

"He's much more patient and mature, analyses better".

"He will not sleep". I do believe the Gunners will win, but you can't help worrying when the Gunners haven't won any of their last 4 League games, while Palace haven't lost any of theirs. And Arsene just loves to bring kids in and make them become big players.
