According to a lawsuit filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Singer was in attendance at a party on tech investor Lester Waters' yacht in Seattle in 2003 when he allegedly offered to give then-17-year-old Cesar Sanchez-Guzman a tour of the boat.
The suit alleges that Singer later told Sanchez-Guzman he could help him with his acting career.
Singer - known for his work on the X-Men film series as well as Valkyrie and The Usual Suspects - was sacked this week from his latest project, the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, with sources close to the production claiming the director had been feuding openly with the film's star, Rami Malek.
Singer also attempted to bribe Sanchez-Guzman into silence.
The famed X-Men director is well known for hosting lavish parties attended by young men you might call "twinks". A representative for Singer told TMZ the filmmaker denies all the allegations made against him in the new lawsuit from Sanchez-Guzman. Another man claimed in 2014 that Singer raped him when he was a teenager, but that lawsuit was later withdrawn by the accuser.
Lilac Fire destroys two structures, prompts evacuations
Officials ordered fresh evacuations in the forested areas of Ojai, which is near the fire's northern edge. The fire was reported about 11 a.m. "We turned a lot loose on the infield of the training track in hope".
"The lawsuit was filed by the same lawyer who represented Michel Egan".
The allegation hits the same week Singer was sacked from his film Bohemian Rhapsody, which has been filming in London.
Singer has faced accusations of misconduct in the past, including one from a 14-year-old actor on the set of the movie Apt Pupil, who said in 1997 that the director forced several minors to strip naked for a scene, but that case was thrown out.
Guzman says he suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical and mental pain. He was also sentenced to two years in federal prison for an unrelated fraud case.
This news breaks just days following word that Singer was sacked from Bohemian Rhapsody, the biopic of Queen frontman Freddy Mercury.
