This occasion is even more special as I had the opportunity to lay the foundation stone for this centre. He said the centre would function as a think-tank for inclusive growth, and related socio-economic matters. Mr Modi said it will provide information to people especially youth about Babasaheb.

The Prime Minister said, BHIM app was launched for the poor and downtrodden and is a great step reflecting the economic development of the country.

The five pilgrimage spots - in Delhi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Mhow and London - were like a homage from the present generation.

Modi's clearly political tirade against the Congress at an event to dedicate an institution named after Dr Ambedkar to the nation comes in the wake of his party facing a huge challenge in wooing Dalit voters in Gujarat.

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli are all set to enter wedlock. Till date, Virat and Anushka have remained tight-lipped about their relationship.

Modi also lamented that Ambedkar's dream of social democracy - where all have a say - is still unaccomplished. He said, efforts are being made to ensure that every poor has his house by 2022 under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

The Centre, he said, was a fusion of Buddhist and modern architecture. The home state of the Prime Minister has been witness to massive protests by Dalits against the BJP since past year when two Dalit men were mercilessly flogged in Gujarat's Una by cow vigilantes on the suspicion that they had slaughtered cows.

"At 11 AM tomorrow, I will inaugurate the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre at 15 Janpath, Delhi".

The Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Shri Thaawar Chand Gehlot, the Ministers of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Shri Vijay Sampla, Shri Krishan Pal and Shri Ramdas Athawale are also seen. He exhorted everyone to work towards fulfilling the vision of Babasaheb Ambedkar; and hoped that we would be able to accomplish it by 2022.
