PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds unveils new map



There's only around 20 seconds of new desert map footage, admittedly, with an additional 60 seconds of bluster around it, but an bad lot has been packed into those brisk few moments. First off, they showed off a new trailer showcasing the new desert map, Miramar.

Furthermore, PUBG Corporation announced that the game will launch out of its Early Access on December 20. Do note, that this map will be free to all players.

Miramar is rolling out to the Battlegrounds public test servers tonight at 12 a.m. PT/ 3 a.m. ET. Additionally, we got a confirmation that the third wave of testing for the game's launch, which includes the new desert map, will go live tonight at midnight PST.

These packs are exclusive to Xbox fans as standalone offers available for a limited time and as there are no plans to feature any in-game purchases in the Xbox Game Preview version, they are the only items that can be purchased during this period.
