Ryan Braun triples in Brewers' win

In a classy yet fun move, the Brewers went all out to make the Marlins feel at home, bringing in tropical plants, sea shells, flamingo statues and other items with a South Florida ambience.

The Milwaukee Brewers clubbed four home runs, including three in their eight run 8th inning to knock off the Miami Marlins 10-2 at Miller Park.

Critics say sign language interpreter sent mixed message during Irma
BuzzFeed News reviewed videos of the county's subsequent briefings, and found that they did not include an interpreter. The press conference turned out to be an insult and a disaster, according to members of the deaf community.

The outer membrane of the roof of Marlins Park was damaged, but not the main structure of the roof or the stadium. The Marlins will be considered the "home" team for the series and bat in the bottom half of innings.

Normally when weather leads to a movement of a series, a neutral site is chosen. Leading up to the series, the Brewers are making plans for operations at Miller Park over the weekend. Friday's game, for instance, will be limited to exclusively about 10,000 field level seats, while Saturday and Sunday's games will open up into the loge level and around 23,000 tickets. The move isn't because of the condition of Marlins Park, but instead because the team doesn't want to further burden public resources while the city recovers from Hurricane Irma. The moving of the Brewers series means that the team has just seven home games left this year, from September 18-20 against the Mets and from September 28-October 1 against the Braves. They played their series against the Yankees earlier this week at Citi Field in NY, home of the Mets.
