Manufacturer says corrosion caused ride to break apart
All rides at the fair were shut down following the fatal accident as officials re-inspected them, CBS affiliate WBNS-TV reports. Manufacturer of the Fireball ride, KMG, has revealed the cause of the tragic Ohio Fair incident that occurred on July 26th.

Square Enix also announced that Anlucia (voiced by Saori Hayami) and Nelgel (voiced by Takashi Kondo) from Dragon Quest X will appear in the game as playable characters. It's expected to see a United States release "sometime" in 2018. DQI and DQII will available digitally starting August 10th, and priced at 600 yen and 850 yen, respectively, while DQIII will be released later in the month for 1,500 yen.

Dragon Quest Builders proved to be quite the surprise spin-off in a market where spin-offs can be hit or miss (but mostly miss).
